Dr. Max G. Manwaring
Research Professor of Military Strategy at the U.S. Army War College
On the eve of releasing his newest book, Dr. Manwaring explores the evolution of war and the "insurgency" movement.
Dr. Manwaring holds the General Douglas MacArthur Chair and is Professor of Military Strategy at the U.S. Army War College.
Recently he published Uncomfortable Wars Revisited (University of Oklahoma, 2006). He shares his view with a reporter
during a visit to the MIPT July 2, 2008.
